Baby Babalu is dedicated to our customer’s 100% satisfaction. We will issue a refund/credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of product receipt. Returned product must be in brand new condition with all packaging enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. It must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Beyond 7 days the returned product is subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Shortages or claims must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving merchandise. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping fee.

Below are our guidelines for all returns:

1. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt (with prior notification) will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.

2. Any product without a quality defect or incorrect merchandise can be returned for a full refund.

3. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping fee.

4. All clearance or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.

5. Items returned that are washed, worn, torn, dirty or outside the original packaging will be up to the discretion of our returns department. We may not be able to process an exchange or refund for returned goods.

6. All returns must be sent via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx)

7. All returns must reference their order number for all communication. We are not able to accept blind returns.  

All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of processing your return. Please allow 2-3 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit, as it will take time before the refund appears on your card.

Baby Babalu reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.

Defective Merchandise

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly when your packages arrive.  Please email our customer service department immediately at and we will issue a return goods authorization (RMA) form if claim is made within the time frame stated.

General Notes and Policies

- After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged.
- In the event of a product damage return, you must email customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping and handling charges to and from are not refundable.
